What is Gopatech?
Goopt-Shah is a mythological figure rooted in ancient Iranian mythology and is also mentioned in the Avesta. According to legend, Goopt-Shah has a half-human, half-bull appearance and is responsible for guarding the Serishuk cow, the last animal that must be sacrificed in the Frashokereti. The first part of the name "Goopt-Shah" is composed of two elements: gao + paiti. "Gao" means cow, and "paiti" means lord, together forming "Lord of the Cow," which perfectly reflects the character’s role.
We adopted this name by combining the mythological name Goopt with the abbreviation for Technology (Tech).
